To receive legal advice, a membership with DIGURA is required – this ensures that you receive tailored advice for your specific issues. If you reach out as a non-member, we can assess whether we are able to assist, but we do not offer free legal advice.

FAQ

There is a binding period of 6 months. This binding period has been introduced to ensure the necessary quality of our membership.

After the first 6 months, the membership is automatically renewed unless you cancel it yourself. You can cancel the membership at any time after the binding period without further obligation.

Legal advice is included in the membership, so there are no additional costs associated with DIGURA beyond the monthly membership fee.

If you wish to have your case processed by Huslejenævnet, a fee of 357 DKK (in 2024) applies. This fee goes to Huslejenævnet, not to DIGURA.

When you are a paying member of DIGURA Home, payment must be made in advance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment is made on time. If payment is not made on time, the membership will be terminated, and you will receive an invoice from our finance department for the outstanding payment as well as the notice period.

Yes, we focus exclusively on representing tenants. This is to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure that tenants’ rights are properly enforced.

Our goal is to ensure that tenants in Denmark have the best possible protection in their rental agreements.

If you have opted for a half-yearly, there is no minimum period.

If you have chosen monthly payment, there is a lock-in period of 6 months. The binding period is to ensure the necessary quality in our legal support.

However, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, as legal disputes can always go either way. Nonetheless, we always strive to provide the best possible advice and representation to optimize your chances of a positive result in your case.

You can always upgrade or downgrade your membership as needed.

Upgrades will take effect immediately, and the difference will be charged right away.

Downgrades will always take effect from the next billing cycle.

Contact your advisory team or our support department to make upgrades or downgrades.

At DIGURA, we are very concerned about security, and we therefore always strive to answer you within 2-3 working days.

Payment is automatically made from the payment card you have connected to your membership.

If you lose your card or receive a new one, it is important that you contact DIGURA so we can update your payment information.

If this does not happen, your membership will be terminated, and you will receive an invoice from our finance department for the outstanding payment as well as the notice period.
