FAQ
There is no minimum period if you have selected half yearly payment. The minimum payment period is 6 months if you choose monthly payment. Monthly payment has been in demand from several members, which is why we have introduced it, but we need to maintain a minimum period of 6 months to ensure the necessary quality and allocated resources.
DIGURA does not charge setup fees or other hidden fees. We aim to provide a transparent solution that members get the value for their money. No more, no less.
However, you must be aware that if you need to have a case sent to the Rent Board, you must pay the fee for this, which amounts to DKK 319 (2022).
When you are a paying member of DIGURA, the payment is made in advance.
One of the few on the market, DIGURA has liability and counseling insurance. While it has never been used, it is important to make sure that it is as safe and secure as possible.
If you have opted for a half-yearly, there is no minimum period.
If you have chosen monthly payment, there is a lock-in period of 6 months. The binding period is to ensure the necessary quality in our legal support.
We accept card payment, including Visa Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
You can always upgrade your membership. If you want to downgrade, this can happen when either your minimum or current payment period has expired. If you want to change the membership package, you can simply contact your advisor about this.
At DIGURA, we are very concerned about security, and we therefore always strive to answer you within 2-3 working days.
If you lose your card or you get a new one, it is important that you contact DIGURA immediately, so that we can update your payment information. If this does not happen, your membership will be canceled, and you will not be able to get legal counseling.
